You’ve found your dream home and your offer has been accepted. A wonderful moment, as we know from experience. You may already be envisioning the interior or planning a renovation. All that remains is finalising the purchase.

No worries — we are here to guide you. From the purchase agreement to the mortgage deed.

Our office provides services in the areas of:

  • purchase agreements and deeds of transfer, whether or not combined with mortgage deeds;
  • mortgage deeds, including new mortgages and refinancing;
  • deeds of division and transfer (in the event of divorce or the end of cohabitation);
  • deeds of subdivision and amendments to subdivision deeds;
  • reissuance of leasehold;
  • auctions.

Purchase agreements and mortgage deeds

When buying a property, we prepare the purchase agreement or carefully review it. We then take care of drafting and executing the deed of transfer and, if applicable, the mortgage deed.

This ensures a legally valid transfer and the correct registration with the Land Registry (Kadaster).

Deeds of distribution

If you co-own a property with a partner or family member and the ownership structure changes, a deed of distribution is required—for example in the case of a divorce or inheritance.

We ensure that this division is recorded correctly and legally, so both parties know exactly where they stand.

Subdivision deeds

Would you like to divide a building into multiple apartments or units? A subdivision deed is required. We prepare this deed and arrange registration with the Land Registry.

This clearly establishes who owns which part of the property, including the shared facilities.
